The Cesar A. Reyes, Jr.  Memorial Scholarship is intended to support the efforts of young Latinos, as they enter American society, reach for their dreams, build their minds, define themselves, and shape their communities.​

 

It is our wish that they advance with pride in their own identity and ethnicity, and with a cultural awareness of Latinos as a nation-wide community with valuable contributions to make to American Society.
